Everything in one subscription

Quotations, FBR invoices, the till, purchasing, stock, and a full accounting module. The price does not change when you use more of them.

FBR digital invoices

Prepare a sale invoice or a debit note, validate it with FBR, then submit when the subscription allows. The FBR number is stored and printed as a QR code.

Unlimited quotations

Quotes are not sent to FBR and do not use the invoice allowance. Open an accepted quote as an invoice and change the lines before you save.

Point of sale

Sell saved products for cash, bank, or on account. The till prints a receipt, reduces stock, and updates the books. That sale is not sent to FBR.

Purchasing

Raise purchase orders, receive the goods, and turn a receipt into a supplier bill. Cancel a receipt and the quantity comes back off stock.

Stock

Record opening quantities. Goods received add stock. A till sale takes it off. Voiding a sale puts the quantity back.

Full accounting

Chart of accounts, journals, customer receipts, supplier bills and payments, credit notes, banks, petty cash, and transfers.

Reports

Sales, quotations, till sales, purchases, stock, and what is still owed, for a date range or the whole history. Print or download a PDF. Trial balance, profit and loss, and the balance sheet stay with the accounts.

Customers, products, HS codes

Keep buyers and suppliers, upload products from Excel, and search HS codes. Quantity, price, and tax stay editable on each line.

Get started with InvoX in just a few simple steps.

Confirm and sign in

Register and confirm your email. That is enough to sign in. You can save one invoice and validate it with FBR. It cannot be submitted yet.

Setup Your Business

Add your business information, upload your logo, and configure your FBR credentials for e-invoice integration.

Subscribe to submit

Send a receipt and transaction number. After approval, Submit to FBR is available until the term ends.
