This policy explains what InvoxERP keeps when you use the digital invoicing site.
Account
Registration stores your username, email, business name, NTN, address, phone, and the password in a hashed form. A confirmation email is sent to the address you enter. Confirming that email opens the account so you can sign in and validate one invoice.
Invoices and customers
Invoices, customers, products, and HS codes you save stay with your business so you can edit a draft, validate it, and submit it to FBR. After FBR accepts an invoice, the FBR invoice number and the public verification link are stored with that invoice.
FBR token
The bearer token you save on the business profile is used only to talk to FBR for that business. It is not shown on the public site.
Payments
A subscription receipt, transaction number, and payment note are stored so an admin can approve the term. The receipt is visible to the admin inside the payment screen.
Messages
Feedback you send while signed in stores your business name, account email, phone, and the message so the admin can reply. Subscription reminders go to the account email until the account is suspended.
Closing an account
Deleting the account from your profile suspends it. A suspended account cannot sign in, and subscription emails stop. Ask the contact email below if you need the stored invoices removed.
