These terms cover use of InvoxERP for digital invoicing.
The service
The site lets a business prepare invoices, validate them with FBR, and submit them when a subscription is active. You are responsible for the buyer, NTN or CNIC, HS code, tax, and amounts you enter. FBR decides whether an invoice is valid.
Fees
Registration is PKR 5,000 and includes the first two months. After that, monthly renewal is PKR 500 and yearly renewal is PKR 6,000. Payment is manual: you send a receipt, a transaction number, and a short note. Submit to FBR starts when that payment is approved. An honoured business can submit without an end date. When a paid term ends, Submit to FBR stays hidden until the next payment is approved.
Accounts
Confirm your email, then sign in. Before any payment you can save one invoice and validate it with FBR. That invoice cannot be submitted. Keep your password private. You can suspend your own account from Profile. An admin can also suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to file invoices you know are false, to probe another business’s data, or to send unsolicited mail through the feedback form.
